Think you gen get slim fast with the Slim Fast Diet Plan?

Slim Fast weight loss comes from decreasing calorie intake down to around 1000 to 1200 calories per day. Which will definitely cause most people to lose weight.

The company started with the best known diet product out there, the Slim Fast shake.

In the beginning, the mantra was, A Slim Fast Shake for Breakfast, a Slim fast Shake for Lunch, and a healty meal for dinner.

Over the years, the Slim Fast Diet Plan has changed a bit, due to outside influences. Which have caused the parent company, Unilever, to develop a few more products, including Slim Fast Low Carb in order to get on the current bandwagon of low carb diets.

Slim Fast drinks come in a range of flavors, and are now available in both powder and ready to drink varieties.

Does Slim Fast work?
It most certainly will, if you can manage to consume at least 2 products per day, as meal replacements. Usually, that comes down to either a Slim Fast shake, snack bar, or soup for both breakfast and lunch.

On the Slim Fast Diet, Your Third meal and two snacks (to help curb your hunger between meals) are provided by you. And the recommendations for your non slim fast meal (dinner) is to stay close to 500 calories, sticking to healthy, natural foods. Portioned out at 50% Vegetables, 25% protein, and 25% starch, adding in a Fruit or Salad to go with it.

Does Slim Fast work?
Slim Fast weight loss is possible if you eat healthily around your shakes or bars. Having Fruit or vegetables for snacks, consuming your 6-8 glasses of water per day, exercising a minimum of 30 minutes per day, as prescribed by the Slim Fast Diet Plan.

I Personally, don't see anything wrong with one or two meal replacements per day as a method of quick weight loss.

But this is not sustainable.

At some point, you are going to have to stop consuming Slim Fast Drinks, if for no other reason than you will get bored with them.

All in all, the Slim Fast Diet, as outlined at their website, is very compatible with the 7 Habits of weight loss.

If you don't have the time for breakfast, it would be much better to drink a Slim Fast Drink than to skip this oh so important meal.

My Dad's been drinking one for over 10 years, every morning, instead of the skipping breakfast he did the entire time I lived in his house.
